The First Sphere
(Note: The First Sphere Weekend format is not set in stone. If you want to learn, but can't get a free weekend to do so, contact the nearest Ishaya Center and see what can be worked out. If you want to learn, we want to teach you!)
The Ishayas' Ascension is taught in a course commonly known as a First Sphere Weekend. The techniques taught during this course are called Ascension Attitudes. The 'First Sphere' is composed of four Ascension Attitudes, each of which is designed to dissolve a particular root stress and culture a particular facet of awareness of the Ascendant. The techniques are called Attitudes because they open us up to a fuller, more expansive experience of life.
In the First Sphere Weekend you will receive all the tools and instruction necessary to continue the ever-expanding practice of the Ishayas' Ascension. There is a transmission of pure consciousness that occurs, beneath the oral teaching itself. And by attending a First Sphere Weekend, you are essentially allowing yourself peace, relaxation, True Healing, and a deeper connection with the Ascendant to occur. The format of the weekend is as follows:
Friday evening: 7-10pm
On the Friday evening, you will receive the Praise Attitude. This Attitude re-establishes life in the present moment and dissolves the root stress of modern life. The Friday evening is also an introduction into the effortless and joyful practice of Ascension.
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
On Saturday, you will receive the Gratitude Attitude. This technique heals our relationship with our objective worlds. You will also receive the Love Attitude on Saturday. The Love Attitude heals our relationship with the Ascendant; it dissolves any sense of separation with our Source and opens us up to the experience of True Divine Love. On Saturday, we will go into the mechanics of Ascension, discuss the States of Consciousness; and there will be much time for practicing Ascension and sharing our experiences.
Sunday: 10am - 5pm
The Sunday of the First Sphere Weekend Course is a great Healing day, for us, as well as, the rest of humanity. On the Sunday you will receive the final Ascension Attitude of the First Sphere - a Cognition Technique. The cognition technique ties together the first three Attitudes, thereby completing a perfect means to discovering our True Nature; it heals our relationship to the rest of humanity.
True Healing begins with the Healing of our selves. By touching the Ascendant - the Truth of Who We Are - all of humanity, all of Creation! benefits. On Sunday we will explore True Compassion and the Nature of True Healing. Simply by choosing for the upward spiraling currents of Creation (which are now directly available to us through the first four Ascension Attitudes) we're aligned now with the power to, not only Heal ourselves, but also have a hugely positive impact on all of Creation!
