Course Descriptions
Below you will find descriptions of most of the courses that we offer. If you see a type of course in the Course Schedule that is not listed here, you can find out more about it using the contact info included below the course.
Free Introductory Talk
Introductory Talks are held regularly at centers and in communities around the world. During an introductory evening, Teachers of Ascension will share the basics of how Ascension works and answer any questions you may have about the Ishayas' Ascension and the First Sphere Weekend. The specific techniques are not taught during an Introduction, but it is a great opportunity for you to meet the teachers, ask questions, and decide if you want to take the First Sphere Course. The Introductory Talk typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour, or longer if there is lots of discussion. We also have Introductory Audio Tapes and CD's for your convenience.
First Sphere
The foundation of the Ishayas' Ascension teaching is usually taught in a "First Sphere" course. In order to attend any advanced courses or longer retreats, this course is required. For more details on the First Sphere, click here.
Advanced Meeting
Advanced meetings are held, at either an ascender's house, or at a center. Usually, we ascend together for an hour - to an hour and a half - then meet and talk about our experiences and how we can evolve at a greater rate. The teachers at an advanced meeting can offer experienced reflection and conscious answers to questions that an ascender might have.
Ascending in a group is typically very powerful. One can have a deeper awareness of the Ascendant in the presence of a group (though ascending beyond limitations does not require the energy of a group). And the teachers of Ascension are here to assist you in any way they can on the path of Self-remembrance.
(The minimal requirement in order to attend an Advanced Meeting is to have taken a First Sphere.)
Advanced Weekend
Advanced Weekends usually fall on Saturday and Sunday. In the case of the Advanced Weekend, one usually has the choice to attend one of the days, or both days. Advanced Weekends are focused on expanding one's consciousness and deepening one's experience of the Ascendant. Conscious teachers, dedicated to sharing the Ascendant and ever-expanding means of exploring the True Self, offer their wisdom and love at these weekends.
Encouragement, advanced techniques, insights and deeper understanding lead one into a greater awareness of the Ascendant, the True Self within. The path of evolving consciousness is greatly boosted for the ascender who attends an Advanced Weekend.
Residence Course
The In-residence course is much the same as an Advanced Weekend. The same quality and focus of teaching is present. In the In-residence courses, however, ascenders usually spend the night. The energy that builds at an Advanced Meeting, which dissolves stress and enlivens one's experience of freedom, builds to an even greater level, when it's concentrated and focused continually for a period of time.
In-residence courses can span from 3 days and two nights, to seven days and seven nights. Of course, this evolves into even longer, more intense courses, which are known as Intensives...
Intensive
Intensives generally range from 10-days, to 17-days, to 27-days. For those, who are dedicated to rapid growth of consciousness, those who are zealous about knowing the Truth, about uniting with the Beloved, about experiencing more and more peace and love, for those who love Ascension, Intensives are a great gift to give yourself.
Also known as Advanced Courses, or Consciousness Courses, Intensives focus on expanding consciousness. In the context of having more time to Ascend and grow together, generally, great leaps and bounds are made by the participants. Consciousness Courses are truly a great gift.
Mastery of the Self Course
The six-to-seven month Consciousness Course: This course is one of the requirements for all new ISA teachers. In the past, these courses were referred to as Teacher Trainings. But the Mastery of the Self Consciousness Course is not about becoming a teacher. It is about becoming conscious. It is about waking up. It is about being free of stress, free of limiting beliefs and ideas - free to live 200% of life - 100% in the manifest world as well as 100% inside. The Ishayas are dedicated to enlightenment, and facilitating evolution of consciousness for those whose hearts desire this great pearl.
